With our high-resolution in-house imaging equipment, you don’t need to be a huge organisation to make it cost-effective. At New Image, one-off signs are nearly as inexpensive as multiples.

Aerial ------ menu

Aerial property photos are usually taken as “obliques”. This brings out the best features and shows the 3-dimension nature of the subject.Vertical shots are also available and provide a 2-dimensional map-like appearance more suited to defining boundaries and planning developments.

New Image uses a global positioning system (GPS) to provide accurate results.
We also specialise in low level aerial photography. Photographs between 70 feet and 500 feet are taken from a tethered helium blimp.

Below 70 feet (21metres) we use a pole camera. These are particularly suited to Real Estate requirements and can capture features or benefits that may otherwise be difficult to portray - helping to present a property in it’s true perspective - e.g. the street elevation plus the view behind in a single shot.
