	New Image Photographics was founded in 1974. Operations began with a small group of professional photographers who travelled in teams through the Australian country areas offering a portrait service in the customers homes. These portraits were (and still are) processed, laminated and framed at New Image's own laboratory facilities in Brisbane. Today, New Image operates a string of permanent and travelling studios which cover the entire Australian continent and New Zealand, as well as being one of the largest producers
